Officine Al Sole is committed to respecting the following principles in the implementation of its activities: Holism: the interdependence of human activities implies considering the consequences of any action as part of the natural and social system where we live, which must be fully respected. Peace: we intend to promote peace as a method for civil coexistence and as the grounding of our society Simplicity: we choose simplicity in implementing and communicating our own purposes as a concrete measure to support the effort toward the reduction of consumption; we promote a working and entrepreneurial culture focused on energy saving, economic efficiency based on fair distribution, re-use and re-cycle. Environmental consciousness: we promote the development of a social consciousness in the defence of natural resources and sustainable development. Labour ethic: we are committed to an organisational model that focuses on human capital as a fundamental resource. We want to work with people who are competent, ethically driven, and we respect their right to carry out, according to their capacities and their choices, an activity which contributes to the material and spiritual progress of society (art. 4, Italian Constitution). Cooperation – sharing – networking: we support the creation of partnerships with public institutions, private sector, not-for-profit organisations at the local, national and international level. We support a network approach to add value to our activities. We prefer a participatory method for the structuring of our internal and external relations.
